Rates

The season fee for our standard sites is $3,200 plus GST (May 1- Oct 15) due payable by May 1^st.

Off-season onsite securement is $500 plus GST (Oct 16 – April 30) due payable by October 15^th.

Electrical, water, and sewer services will be an additional charge. Please see additional fee schedule below.

Seasonal Guests are welcome to make multiple payments, as long as they are made prior to the annual site payment deadline of May 1st.

• Visa/Mastercard Debit (Subject to 3% iClosing Convenience Fee – $250 & up)

The standard season fee includes:

1. Use of the assigned site for the season which runs May 1st thru October 15th.
2. Regulated Fire Pit provided.
3. Access to the amenities:
   1. Reservoir (Trout Fishing/Walking Path)
   2. Floating Docks for fishing, kayaking, canoeing.
   3. Washroom (Flush)/Loonie shower facility.
   4. Complimentary Laundry Facilities
   5. Youth Playground & Log Jam
   6. Horseshoe pits
   7. Frisbee Golf
   8. Community Garden
   9. Off-Leash Large/Small Dog Park
   10. Annual events (Seasonal Farmers Markets/Customer Appreciation events)
   11. Access to visitor overnight (Power) sites – Charged at an additional fee, subject to availability.

Off-season onsite securement includes:

1. Site securement for the upcoming camping season.
2. Guests can leave their RV and infrastructure on their site through the winter season.
3. Off-season winter check-in dates.

SEASONAL SITE RENEWAL

All seasonal sites must be renewed each year. If guests want to secure their site through the winter and following season, a $500 (+ GST) off-season site securement nonrefundable fee will be charged.

Notice of non-renewal must be made prior to October 1st & all personal property must be removed from the park & site restored by October 15th. If using off-season site securement however guests are not renewing for the upcoming camping season, all personal property must be removed from the site by April 30^th.

Additional Fee Schedule

• Power (30 amp) – will be charged out for consumption at $0.0889/kWh & delivery at $0.1811/kWh (Total cost for consumption & distribution/transmission is $0.27/kWh).
• Potable Water Service – $20/service available weekly on Mondays. (Please note for scheduling purposes, we request bookings are made no later than Sunday).
• Pump-Out Service – $25/service available weekly on Tuesdays. (Please note for scheduling purposes, we request bookings are made no later than Monday).

***Water and Pump-out service can be booked outside of scheduled days as communicated when required, subject to availability. Fees are as follows: Water $30/service & Pump-Out $40/service. ***

• Overnight (Power) visitor sites ($45/night). Visitor sites require booking in advance by the seasonal guests and are subject to availability.

Other Services Available:

• Trailer or Infrastructure Relocation (Excluding initial move support when required for seasonal guests first coming onto site).

Costs associated to moving your trailer and/or infrastructure (I.e. Garden shed, Gazebos, decks) will be charged out at a flat rate of $200 for up to two hours of time and includes any required equipment such as the tractor or skid steer. Additional time will be charged out at $100/hour for operator and equipment.

**Please note a relocation liability waiver will require sign off prior to infrastructure relocation**

• Special Gravel Requests – Gravel will be charged out on a per bucket load basis. Please reach out for requests/pricing.
• Wind Fence Purchase/Installation available.
