Calling for 2025 Camp Hosts!

Colin Monner

Hi!

We are a growing camping community and looking for 2025 Camp Hosts! Last year was our first year of having camp hosts who worked one week on one week off, helping us keep our washhouses immaculate and keeping an eye on things. Our two best complements over the last three years has been 1. How peaceful and quiet it is out here and 2. How clean we keep our facilities. We built them new, they still look brand new and that’s how we keep them, clean, warm and spacious.

As a family run business guests of our campground get to know us pretty well, and our camp hosts are no different. In our home we like to say “We may not have it all together, but together we have it all”. We certainly don’t know it all and we’ve got a lot of learning lessons ahead but we do our best each day. One foot in front of the other, sometimes two steps forward one step back… but with the right attitude we are growing and loving every minute of it.

We invite you to become a part of our crew this 2025 camping season! Peace and Quiet in the Prairies at A Stones Throw RV Campground!
Would you like to enjoy your RV all season within a gated and private campground? Do whatever you like every other week with easy work? When your free our huge reservoir for paddle boarding and kayaking is great for fishing while others enjoy the complementary community garden and getting to know our wonderful guests. We are well on our way in creating a quiet little camping community in the prairies.
Below is our Job Description, please share with someone you know enjoys their RV and not afraid of a little work for a season of camping 🙂
